The hotel is new (I think) and beautiful. The rooms were really nice and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and the management team was very personable. I can't remember the lady's name, but she was the manager, she was very nice and made sure my stay was pleasant.

This is our new favorite hotel. The airport is located on the property, less the 2 mins away. We stayed in the deluxe king room forest view suite. The room was spacious, and super clean. The property has security cameras and staff everywhere to make sure guest are are happy and safe. Great place to relax and get away. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt at home. It smelled so fresh & luxurious. Staff were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Our room was very well appointed with a modern bathroom, mini bar with sink/counter, mini refrigerator, Nespresso machine & hot kettle. Beds were very comfortable & we slept well. ALL staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially PJ. The food was good, waiters and waitress did well with recommendations. Nice clean large beach. Liked that they also have Kayaks to borrow and activities if you want to participate. We were very pleased with the guys who took us on the island tours "A", booked through the resort.

Very conveniently located and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful

Loved the resort. It was like paradise. It’s a little far to get to, however fully worth it. The coral reef are beautiful just off the beach in front of the resort. There is a nice path around the island that take about 40min walk and if lucky see some monitor lizards of up to 1.5meters. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate you. The view from the lighthouse is spectacular.

I & my wife really had an amazing time at Buko Beach. We visited this July 2023, and the receptionist Arlyn was so kind and nice. She was able to book us Island hopping tour trip and other activities. We really enjoyed our time there. It was superb. Overall the hotel workers treated us so kindly and with a warm smile all the time. Worthy visiting.

The location is perfect . Walkable to the downtown area. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. They cater to all your needs from the moment you wake up . They arranged all our excursions , hotel pick up, spa & massage . It’s a real vacation not to think of anything & just relax. Thank you May, April & Erol for making our stay wonderful

I was really looking forward to my stay at Erlittop. We had two nights booked. The food and service were great. The limited hours of electricity and no water to our room was quite annoying however. We mentioned there was no water and told they would get it working, but nothing. It quite bad when we had to leave early the last day and couldn't get ready without using the external showers and bathrooms.

What a beautiful property in the loveliest location. The breakfast selection was different every day with varying hot Filipino staples as well as pastries, cereal, toasts and eggs. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, catering to every need. The massages were the best, especially after a long day of touring the different islands all day.
